I was happy with the experience but I felt there needed to be more transparency as to where they were. I looked at the app but it wasn’t kept up to date with detail, only doc signature. Otherwise very smooth

All went well after a shaky start over LPA's and registered copies etc. After that it was OK.

I found the department very supportive, answered enquiries in timely fashion, acted professionally. I will continue to use these office going forward
