Sale of residential property
Did everything I could have asked for to assist me selling a property. No fuss, good communication, kept on top of the buyer's solictitors to minimise delays. Overall good value.

Excellent, efficient service!
Sara dealt with my sale and purchase of houses just recently. She made the whole experience much less stressful as she handled everything very quickly, efficiently and without holding things up in the chain. I would highly recommend Pinney Talford. Her associate Jane was efficient as well in sending paperwork and finalising documents. Well done!

Sara Madden and the Team!
Our Solicitor Sara Madden at Pinney Talfourd was marvellous and went above and beyond to assist in the purchase/sale of our property. Sara, and her team, were kind, attentive and caring throughout the entire ordeal, and incredibly supportive and worked incredibly hard for our benefit when things went wrong. Sara Madden gave us the best advice to help navigate selling and purchasing properties, making the entire thing a swift and smooth process.
