Conveyancing with Conor Greenan and Mandy Terras
Conor Greenan and Mandy Terras are both conscientious, proactive individuals who helped me complete a purchase of a flat as a first time buyer also utilising the Forces Help to Buy scheme.
Mandy Terras was directed to support me early on in the process, giving me the initial scope of work. This was communicated extremely well and I had full confidence in the quotation and the quality of the service I would receive. Keen to reassure me of the finer details, Mandy would explain the process of buying a home in a succinct, clear manner that would not overwhelm me as a first time buyer. Mandy offered excellent customer service and was tenacious in her efforts when we put in my initial offer against a property, which with her direction and advice, I was able to purchase.
Conor Greenan, a naturally proactive individual, was then allocated as my conveyancer for the rest of the process. Conor presented each hurdle of the purchase immaculately, ensuring every signature or form was backed up with impressive supporting explanatory documentation. Throughout the communication was prompt, every question being answered in a timely manner, yet with no compromise in quality. Conor, while also holding himself to a high professional standard, is a personable and friendly individual who despite being committed to completing the purchase on time, was content to slow down to my pace to advise on queries that arose from my inexperience as a first time buyer. Conor’s integrity was of a high standard as such I was happy to take a relaxed approach to most if not all aspects of the purchase. Conor is a professional and should be commended as such. I’d recommend him to anyone that values stress free communicable conveyancing.
Scullion Law is an excellent choice for armed forces personnel and this is reflected in their membership in the Armed Forces Covenant. The Forces Help to Buy process came with no issues.
I will be utilising Scullion Law once again to make a will.

Purchase of a House
I had a first class experience using this firm.
Mandy dealt with my queries first, helping to guide and support me when putting in offers for houses and was a great support.
Once the offer on the house was accepted Conor took over the legal part. He was very professional throughout and guided me through my HTB and purchase of the house. He communicated clearly and regularly and helped with any questions I had, providing quick responses.
I was so happy with the service provided and I would highly recommend this solicitors.
