Service was generally pretty good. The only area that I think could do with improvement would be to provide a 'to do' list to be issued with the probate documents. It would save having to ask what must seem to be (to you) obvious questions.

"My brother & I were joint executors of our late aunt's will. I don't think either of us imagined how protracted and, at times, problematic, the process would
be. The Covid Pandemic had caused a huge backlog of work at HMRC, The Probate Registry & other, involved entities, resulting in frustrating delays.
Were it not for our solicitor, Shazia Akhtar, the delays would have proved intolerable. She regularly communicated with us, explaining clearly & concisely
the nature of the problem. Shazia took particular care when writing or phoning me. My neurodiversity affects my ability to process large amounts of
information, accordingly, Shazia 'walked me through' all the documents I couldn't understand & went the extra mile when it came to explaining problems
when they arose. Shazia Akhtar is a fine solicitor. Mullis & Peake should be proud to have her on their Team. I wish her every success with her continuing
