Denise is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and specialises in employment law. Denise is mainly instructed by employers and assists them in drafting Contracts of Employment and Company Handbooks as well as advising on any issues that arise during day to day business. This can be concerning grievance or disciplinary procedures, assisting clients who have to go through a redundancy process or advising and taking action in respect of a breach of restrictive covenants.
