This is my second time to use this firm and Michelle Bradford as my solicitor. She helped me for the re-mortgage and buying at the same time. I have a very smooth and easy experience like last time. She was fantastic. Michelle is very professional, friendly and helpful. Her assistant Izabela also very nice and approachable. I highly recommend her and her team for all the purchases. Dilligent, patient, friendly and excellent value
Michelle Bradford at Bridge McFarland Solicitors has dealt with several different property and land purchases for me. She has always provided a friendly and informed service in a down-to-earth manner. She communicates things very well in layman's terms if I don't always understand some of the jargon involved. Most recently, she dealt with what became a particularly complex and protracted purchase. She worked dilligently to resolve all of the issues that arose. She persevered with a process that looked like it could collapse at several different points. She was curteous and patient with me throughout and she honoured our initially agreed fee, which was already excellent value even before the extra complexities. I don't normally feel compelled to leave reviews but I thought this was more than justified. Also, Michelle's assistant Lauren, who's a trainee solictor at the firm, provided great communication and patience in assisting with the case and it was great to have a second, well-informed contact that I could liaise with.

I've used Michelle a number of times for conveyancing, having had considerable experience elsewhere. I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else. Michelle is personable, knowledgeable, professional, efficient a great communicator, down to earth and excellent at what she does. I do not hesitate in highly recommending her services to anyone in need of a thorough and reliable conveyancing solicitor.

Very informative
Michelle took over my file following another solicitor's departure from the business and despite her very heavy workload, she was fantastic. Very informative, caring, and understanding of our situation and I will absolutely be using her again in the future and would recommend her services to anyone.
