Kendall was fantastic throughout
The ordeal as for anyone is always unpleasant, accidents that cause a back log in life is hard to deal with.
But
Having Kendall on my side to see me through the proceedings , and explain and talk me through the steps along the way has definitely lighten the load !
She is professional, accurate, honest and kind to my requests when I pester for help in understanding the journey we took.
