Made a claim against my old employer for an injury sustained while employed.
Service recieved from yourselves was not great, had to continuously chase yourselves for updates, files are clearly not read correctly as keep being told different things and asked the same questions over and over, i dont feel you got the best result for my claim.
Ended up agreeing as it had been going on for so long

Unsatisfactory
Having gone through a no win no fee company we were directed to Eastham solicitors and Kendall took our case on. I feel I had a very negative experience and would not recommend or use easthams or Kendall again. I found communication with Kendall difficult, her grammar and spelling on email was hard to understand and it was arduous trying to get through on the phone. I noticed things were only chased once I’d mentioned it in an email after weeks of waiting for news. After 2 years I was given an operation date so went to check into the hospital at 7am only to find easthams hadn’t let me know the insurance company weren’t willing to pay for the operation so I was turned away. I’d arranged childcare and to take 6 weeks off of work because of this. The reason given was ‘miscommunication’
I had been offered an amount for having time off work which I’d previously signed for then the wrong (lesser) amount was given on the final bill.
Also found it very expensive after having easthams take 25% of the final claim for doing next to nothing.

Arm injury claim
Kendall has been excellent! Always on the end of the phone to help and replies to emails immediately. I had never done anything like this before so had no idea what to expect. But Kendall has always been there to put my mind at rest and talk me through the process. I felt she was on my side throughout and was really easy to talk to! Thank you Kendall!

Efficient Service

Excellent service
Kendall has looked after my claim, from start to finish she has provided an excellent service. Any questions I had she would respond quickly with any information needed. Excellent service and value
