Conveyancing
Not happy with the service we were provided right until the day of completion. We had completed and were waiting around Beverley for our keys when Pepperels conacted saying they urgently needed proof of savings which was almost impossible to do being as our soul posessions were in a removal van outside our new home. Stress we didn't really need.

Good work
Generally happy with the service. The only concern for us was that she is not full time and therefore not always available for telephone conversations.

Sale and purchase of properties
Even though i found Sophie and her assistant Amy very helpful and professional, i do not think having a solicitor who only works part time was right for us, especially as i work full time and Mondays are my day off which was Sophie’s day off too. Therefore I think a job share is needed for consistency and continuity.

Quick, friendly, easy access to the office via bus route

Good service.
Only thing I had worries about was the part time hours worked. I seemed to have so many out of office auto replies. Having said that, everything worked out fine. At one point I was quite upset at the late completion date and Amy Stewart was so reassuring.
