Faultless service
We appointed Tracey Read at BakerLaw to manage the conveyancing for the sale of my mother's house and I am extremely glad that we did. Exceptional Service from start to finish
Tracey Read and her assistant, Natasha Acott, supported us through the sale and purchase of our home — a process that spanned nearly six months. While our transaction was relatively straightforward, we were part of a chain involving five properties, including those with management companies and a local authority purchase. This introduced significant delays and frustrations due to poor responsiveness from those entities. Throughout, Tracey was proactive in chasing updates across the chain.
Adding to the challenges, the property we were buying experienced a water leak just as we were about to exchange contracts. This was an incredibly stressful and worrying time for us, but Tracey was always available — whether over the phone or via video calls at short notice. Her reassurance, advice, and guidance were invaluable when we needed them most.
