Would highly recommend
Outstanding service from Tracey Read and Natasha Acott, we had a bit of stress through our sale and purchase (as do we all) with in particular issues raised in our survey of the new house, but Tracey was there to help advise and get things going for us the whole time. Compared to our previous experience of conveyancing solicitors she was so prompt in communicating with us and we felt we could always contact her if needed, it really felt like we had a lion-heart fighting for our interests.

Excellent staff
Tracey and the Baker Law team were absolutely fantastic throughout the sale of our old house and purchase of our new one, we've recommended them to others and will continue to do so. Our purchase was long, drawn out and complicated, we wouldn't be in our new home were it not for Baker Law.

The best around
Tracey and her team were absolutely fantastic. From the very beginning Tracey got us organised with getting selling papers ready to ease the process of the buying paperwork. She was honest and diligent, working meticulously to ensure we had all of the relevant documents required to complete on our property. With friends also buying at the same time we were really aware of just how excellent Tracey was. She went above and beyond to help with our sale, push back where needed and keep us calm (safe to say it was not the smoothest of processes) but Tracey led us through it confidently. We recommend Tracey wholeheartedly to everyone we meet who even mentions anything to do with buying or selling houses and would most definitely want to have Tracey move us again if our latest sale has not put her off!
