Brilliant service from start to finish
Tracey at Baker Law was recommended to me by friends who had previously used her services and I'm so glad I took their advice. She was absolutely brilliant from initial contact to final completion. As I was buying a new build, the purchase was done separately by another firm, but with regards my sale, Tracey and the team at Baker Law were first class. Communication was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Not having moved for 15 years there was plenty I couldn't remember about the process but Tracey answered all my queries, guided me through the entire process and was proactive and efficient when it came to liaising with other parties. House sale and purchase

Probably the best conveyancing Solicitor I have ever used.
Tracey at BakerLaw has been so professional, helpful and contactable. She works incredibly hard and I had the utmost respect and confidence in her. Moving home is so stressful but the BakerLaw team of Tracey, Natasha and Emily worked my behalf when handling my sale and purchase.

Easy, Communicative and On Time

Faultless service
We appointed Tracey Read at BakerLaw to manage the conveyancing for the sale of my mother's house and I am extremely glad that we did. From the outset, Tracey was extremely efficient and kept us fully informed about what was going on. If she wasn't available then one of her assistants was always able to assist and the entire transaction went through extremely smoothly in just under three months.
