I simply cannot recommend this company highly enough, in particular Ben Whiting. My request for a commercial lease was dealt with in record time and at very reasonable cost. Responses were received from Ben in an instant and all issues dealt with extremely efficiently and competently without the tedious wait usually associated with solicitors. Ben works to very high standards, his advice was sound and reliable and his service was outstanding. A mention must also be made of Ben's colleague Sion Jones who was equally as quick and efficient at the outset of the case, before leaving for holiday when Ben took over. All in all, I consider this firm and in particular Ben, to be first class and would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others - so much so that they are now also dealing for cases for relatives whom I passed on to them.

Great experience!
Sion was swift, patient and available.
I've had awful solicitors in the past, and so did others I know.
It's great to have someone that actually is available for questions and proactively gives updates without any chasing!
We had a couple of hiccups along the way with our bridging loan, also I had to change completion date a couple of times. Sion was understanding and just did what he could to help.
100% recommended.

Very professional

Superb, absolutely superb!
Over the years I have been involved in a number of purchases and sales of property; Sion is by far the best conveyancer I have had the pleasure to do business with.
Communication has been outstanding, his reaction to our questions and willingness to proactively respond to questions raised from the buyers was above and beyond.
You may find cheaper conveyancers in your search, but I challenge you to find better.
