Medical claim
Amy has been excellent in communicating with us from day one. She has made sure we have understood everything every step of the way even broke it down into words we can understand none of this solicitor jargon. Such a pleasure to have had Amy's support throughout, I would recommend her to anyone needing help with a medical claim. Such an asset to the company.

Medical Negligence
My father passed away December 30th 2022 from a series of failures, failures that unfortunately led to my dad passing.
Howells Solicitors was recommended to me by a work colleague. Amy Fiddler came to visit my mum and I at my parents home, to talk through the options available to us. Amy was lovely, very caring and understanding of the issues we as family were going through, we never felt rushed or that we had taken too much of her time up.
Amy kept us updated throughout, letting us know when she would be out of office and who to contact if she wasn’t around.
Amy gave us lots of support and guidance throughout regarding professionals that may need to be contacted to help our case move forward.
My mum became terminally ill during our time with Howells, Amy supported us and gave us the best advice and support to move forward and bring some closure for our family. Amy was always respectful when discussing monetary terms in regards dads passing and understood the upset this may cause us.

A truly compassionate solicitor
After watching my mum go through a traumatic experience with medical negligence, I then had to go through the dehumanising process of contacting every single medical negligence solicitor I could — going through the worst thing that’s ever happened in detail, over and over only to be told no. Amy was the first person who truly listened and saw the case for what it was — recognised that mental health is just as important as physical, and that what happened simply should never have. She has been nothing but empathetic and attentive throughout the lengthy process from first signing on to now coming to the end of settlement, has kept me updated at every turn and I can’t recommend her enough.

Outstanding service!
I went to Howells regarding getting representation for my late husbands inquest and from the start of the process to the finish Amy & her team have been absolutely amazing! I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Amy has always made me feel so at ease throughout along with her team. The support they have given me along with my young children has truely been amazing, i couldn't have gotten through it if it wasn't for them and i can't thank you enough. I highly recommended Howells if you are needing any legal advice and representation!

The long fight
Thanks & Appreciation for a job well done! After a long few years you managed to negotiate a fair settlement for the loss of my beloved husband, I would like to thank Amy and her team for all their hard work and patience that you have all put into my case, I will always cherish the support & Advice you have given me on this long and challenging road that we have walked, I can now see the Rainbow..
