Settled without instruction
The solicitor (Monica Healy) settled a housing disrepair case without any discussion with me. At the time I was suffering very badly from depression and struggling with both housing and parenting issues, she used this to her advantage and then ceased all communication when questioned why she had settled without my instruction. out of order and neglected her duty of care to her client.

Good services plus caring nature. My father passed away. Monica was his legal representive that managed his will. We continued with her after she passed. She was knowledgeable, professional and nice to work with. She knew my father which gave a personal touch.
