Sonia Bains is difficult to deal with and comes across impolite in her emails. We’ve dealt with LPL before with no issues however she treats my family, a family of doctors, as if fraudulent, and after requesting her to switch us to another solicitor she says no. Her attitude towards a doctor of over 40 years suggesting she needs proof there isn't money laundering with a bullish attitude was quite frankly astounding. We are of course taking this complaint further.
