Purchase of 52 Grove Street, Leek ST13 8DU
We engaged the services of Tinsdills to handle the purchase of the above named property for us. On the whole we were extremely satisfied with how the matter was handled. However, there was an unfortunate error right at the beginning of the process when we had paid £325 on account to cover search fees. I was extremely surprised to receive a phone call informing me that if we wanted the searches carried out we would have to pay the £325 on account. When I explained that we had already paid and I had a receipt proving payment. The lady who had called me told me that she would have to re-check our file. Thankfully, she called soon after to say that she had not noticed the receipt as it was on page 3 of the file and she thought there were only 2 pages. She apologised for the mistake but this was a disappointing start to the process.

Above and beyond support
Professional service from phone calls, emails and visit to the office. All staff have been amazing, well mannered and nothing was ever too much for them. Always kept updated with status and if I had a question I always got a response within 2 hours. Highly recommend.
