Paralegal

Jose Caseñas joined Lawsmith on their work experience programme in February 2023. As a paralegal, Jose deals with a variety of immigration matters and provides assistance by way of research, and handling of applications. Jose has also assisted in drafting documents (paginated bundles, court orders, witness statements) for litigation matters, liaising with the Courts and the other party, and have assisted providing legal advice under the guidance of the solicitors in the office by way of explaining the terms and effects / provisions in the contract in layman’s terms.
