Peter has particular experience in commercial property litigation, acting for both landlords and tenants and undertaking claimant and defendant work in contested commercial lease renewals, dilapidations claims, planning/ development related disputes, rights of way and restrictive covenant disputes. He also has experience in partnership disputes, mortgage / security related litigation, Trust of Land claims, probate related disputes, breach of contract, negligence and misrepresentation claims, debt recovery and insolvency related matters. He has also represented clients before the Licensing Committee on contested applications for bars, restaurants and members’ clubs. As well as being a solicitor Peter is a trained mediator. He also sits as a Deputy District Judge on the Western Circuit.
