We recently used OWC to provide conveyancing services for us. My sister and I are appointed executors for our parent's estate. We found them to be extremely efficient, providing a friendly and professional service. All of our queries were answered speedily and any legalities that we didn't understand were explained. The whole process went as smoothly as possible and on time to meet our required completion date. We are very pleased with the service they provided and would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic Solicitors - Highly recommend
My family has been using OWC forever for all legal matters. Mostly the Shepperton branch. Why would I go anywhere else when the service they provide is so good. Anne Byard is so knowledgeable and on point in all Conveyance matters and was so calm and reassuring when our natural moving house stress started to kick in.
Laura Infield has been wonderful dealing with Probate matters for my family and worked so hard to sort it all out and explain stuff to me. She is amazing. She also worked closely with Anne and Milka for their conveyancing expertise and between the 3 of them made the whole probate experience a lot less stressful ( at times they were all like therapists listening to our worries and concerns).
All the staff we have come in to contact with at any OWC branch have always gone above and beyond no matter their role. From Gillian on reception at Shepperton and Ginny Burton legal secretary to Richard Land Managing partner (Hammersmith) who so wonderfully dealt with a complex matter a few years back.

Another fantastic transaction
I have only used Owen White & Catlin for the last ten years or so, assisting in a number of property purchases, Anne and her team are diligent, knowledgeable and swift when needed as to not delay any deal I have been part of, I cannot recommend Anne and her colleagues enough.

Sale of My Flat
I was recommended OWC by a friend of mine, he said that the company had a lot of good reviews. I am so glad I chose OWC to look after the sale of my flat. The team of Anne, Ginny and Milka worked tirelessly to get the sale over the line, they provided lots of advice and communicated to me clearly. They were always at the end of phone when I needed them, I can not recommend them highly enough.

With us through every step of the process.
Both Anne Byard and Virginia Burton made the sometimes difficult and stressful process of selling our old home and then buying a new one so much easier. They were always professional but also kind and helpful. Their part in the sale and purchase went smoothly and quickly. We have been involved in house moves for our parents and had difficulties with communicating with solicitors. It was always easy to speak to Anne or Virginia and they replied quickly to emails. Each step was outlined clearly. We would recommend them .

Great Service
Great service as always from Anne Byard and Virginia Burton. We have been using OWC for the last 15 years and value their great communication skills, clarity and friendly manner. These are very helpful people in an industry that often seems remote and uninterested. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent, efficient and professional
Anne and Ginny were truly professional and efficient throughout the sale of our parents property, we were kept well informed throughout the process, and everything was handled timely and fast, highly recommend them for conveyancing!

Reliable, helpful, totally trustworthy
After my father in law died, over 10 years ago, I was executor, with my wife's stepmother. It all went smoothly and the stepmum had the use of father in law's half of the house for as long as she needed it. The very fair will was drawn up by OW&C. So I ended up owning 50% of stepmum's flat in Sunbury, in trust for my wife and her 2 siblings. Now stepmum has just moved to a smaller place in Shepperton and didn't need my half so she has had it sent to me to distribute to the 3 beneficiaries and complete the probate/trustee process. All the way along Anne Byard has been clear, helpful, approachable and efficient, as have the other OW&C staff I've met over the years.
