Conveyance
We used Elliot Mather Solicitors for the sale and onward purchase of our property. Carmen was proactive throughout the process, even going as far as aiding our buyers as their solicitors were unresponsive. Even our estate agents commented on how it was rare to find such a proactive solicitor.

Great experience

Completely on the ball
As a first time house buyer, finding the right conveyance solicitor was a a daunting task. I read countless reviews from different local firms and Elliot Mather’s Nottingham conveyance team stood out. I am glad I heeded these great reviews as Carmen has been fantastic throughout. Completely on the ball. Nothing ever forgotten or left for days on end, both of which seem like all too common experiences from people I spoke with who used other firms for conveyance. Clear explanations of anything we didn’t understand, rapid replies, and in our corner. It truly felt like we were Carmen’s absolute priority. In future, I will not hesitate to use her services again and I’d urge anyone else to do the same.
