First Time Buyer!
As first time buyers we were unsure of the process and how everything worked, Carmen was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Carmen kept us up to date frequently and was always very very efficient at responding to any queries/emails. I really can’t recommend Carmen enough. She is a credit to the firm and will definitely be recommending her to any of our friends in the future. Thank you Carmen for all your hard work throughout this process!!!

Professional and Timely
Carmen was brilliant. The moment she was involved I felt much more at ease. Buying a house can be very stressful but each communication we received from Carmen was professional and precise, my partner and I were in capable hands. Carmen was thorough with her paperwork and communication with the seller's solicitor. Any questions I asked, were answered promptly and clearly. We will recommend Carmen to any of our friends who will be buying in the foreseeable future.

Excellent advice and great communication throughout! Very professional
The process was made very easy throughout our purchase. Our request to complete as early as possible was met and we would recommend ElliotMatherLLP to all of our friends and family. I could approach Carmen anytime with a question and all the response times were fast and never failed to answer any questions I had and took the time if I was calling up.

Fantastic team, great service
Used these guys for a recent sale of a property and purchase of a property, Carmen and the rest of the team were brilliant from start to finish. Always replied super fast and was happy to answer any questions we had, I would fully recommend.

Property Sale
We used Elliott Mather for the sale of my late mothers property.
Carmen and the team were extremely professional and kept us informed throughout the process. The team were very approachable and responded to any communication in a timely manner. There were no hidden extras and the price quoted was the price paid.
Elliott Mather offered a first class service at a competitive price.
Also a shout out for the front of house / reception who were always helpful and friendly.
Would definitely recommend and use again.
