Excellent service for cohabitation dispute
Stuart dealt with a co-habitation dispute for me. He was brilliant from start to finish. He was very supportive and his communication was always prompt and respectful.

Court of Protection / LPA
I required assistance with the removal of an attorney following a safeguarding case being raised with the Office of Public Guardian. Gamlins have assisted myself through the process of applying to the courts, attending court and the successful removal of the attorney alongside the recovery of a substantial amount of my legal costs from the respondent. I had full access to my solicitor Mr Stuart Thomas during the entire process, who guided myself through the various steps of the process. An absolute pleasure to deal with & a fantastic result being achieved for our case.

Litigation/ dispute claim
Excellent Service From Stuart Thomas. From the initial meeting to discuss the claim we felt he understood our views and completed as much research as he could in order to achieve the best outcome for us. His communication was excellent and kept us up to date with all the correspondence he was receiving on our behalf. We felt part of the whole process and we felt that he was very honest and realistic in what we would be able to claim in the case.
