Very responsive
They are very responsive and helpful with questions.
Most firms nowadays are digital. I do prefer a chat over the phone at least upon signing the documents rather than just reading it on my own and asking questions afterwards.

Good service
Kelly and Clare- great team. We had an extremely long chain and at times it was all rather frustrating but Kelly always responded supportively with as much information she could provide.
Occasionally hard to get hold of either Clare or Kelly on the phone. But overall happy with the service and grateful

Conveyancing - selling a property
From the moment Alletsons were instructed as the firm to sell my property, I felt at ease with their clear communication and the fact they were approachable.
Clare and Kelly answered any queries I had, and made me feel at ease during the time period it took to complete all documents, exchange and completion. I really appreciated being kept up-to-date and how efficient they were.
I cannot thank them enough, especially Kelly on completion day, for everything. I would use Alletson again without a doubt and recommend them.
