Richard Zacharias

Solicitor

Richard qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and has extensive experience across all areas of family law. He specialises in Child Law, representing Children’s Guardians in both private and public family law court proceedings. Richard is also a member of the Law Society Children Panel and the Family Law Panel, which highlights his expertise and dedication to this field. Throughout his career, Richard has worked in private practice and at NYAS (National Youth Advocacy Service), where he represented NYAS Guardians in complex private law cases. He has also contributed significantly to the community through his pro bono work, providing legal support to those in need. In 2014, Richard expanded his professional qualifications by becoming a qualified teacher and lecturer (DTLLS) and has since taken on part-time lecturing roles in law.
