Samantha Davies

Samantha joined our conveyancing team here at Wolferstans in March 2024. She began her career in conveyancing back in 2011 after obtaining an LLB (Hons) law degree from Southampton Solent University in the same year. Samantha brings extensive experience in all areas of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, transfers of equity, and unregistered properties. She firmly believes in the significance of clear communication tailored to each client and their transaction, and she is proactive in driving matters forward. Outside of work, Samantha enjoys cooking, motorbike riding, walking, staying active, and cherishing moments with her family.
