We have had excellent service from Jenny Teall ; which means clear , speedy advice , and instruction. Have been able to set up Lasting Powers of Attorney and have complete trust in the outcome.
Earlier in 2020 we started a process of selling our house. Owing to the corona virus out break we decided to stop the process, deciding to wait better times. Woodfines have not charged us for this initial work.(oops, hope they don't read this !) Will return to them for conveyancing at some stage.

Excellent help with making a will
Jenny did an incredible job of walking us through the process of making our wills. It was a job we had been putting off for a while, but working with Jenny made it a pleasure and she made something that we thought was complicated seem simple and understandable.
Jenny has a great ability to put people at easy and she explains everything so clearly. We found her efficient and professional and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!

Expert Advice, Slow Progress
The service we received was excellent, staff are lovely and competent. However, the service was slow. It should not have taken almost a year to complete a simple Will even allowing for the unexpected issues we needed to resolve.

Deceased parents estate
We were extremely happy with the assistance we received from Jenny Teall in the matters of both my parents estates. She was a pleasure to work with and meticulously thorough when working out their shares, Premium Bonds etc. my brother and I would have been totally lost without her help and for which we send our greatest appreciation.

Clear and easy
Jenny Teall helped with the difficult process of probate after my father passed away. She was clear and friendly all through the lengthy process, and made it all as easy and uncomplicated as it could be. Jenny was recommended to me, and I highly recommend her.

Highly Recommended
Jenny dealt with the estate of my late brother. Right from meeting her, at what was obviously a difficult time, we were impressed by her kindness, efficiency and professionalism. She explained procedures very clearly and maintained timely and appropriate contact with us throughout. Mostly this was by email but she would also make a quick call to us when that was more expedient. I would definitely use her services again and recommend her to others.

Our Wills and Our Lasting Powers of Attorney
Drafting my wife's and my own wills and our lasting powers of attorney for health and welfare and property and finance was an extremely complex task and we found the advice and support given by Jenny Teall was not only pleasurable but reassuringly positive. She was able to deal with all our queries efficiently and in a friendly professional manor, we would definitely recommend her

Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
Jenny Teall has been absolutely amazing when dealing with my parents Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Jenny made the whole process so easy for them to understand and guided them through everything. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Woodfines and Jenny.
I have previously used Woodfines for my own Will and was so impressed I recommended them to my parents.

Probate, Divorce and Sale of Property
The past years has possibly been the worst ever with the death of my parents and i could not have coped without Woodfines. They have made the process of Probate so smooth and easy.
I then got divorced which again they sorted for me.
When it came to the sale of my parents property again, Woodfines were there for me.
Can not recommend them enough and so grateful for their help.

Thanks very much to Jenny Teal for dealing with the Grant of Probate for my Father-in-Law’s estate. Very courteous and swift service throughout. All telephone call’s and email requests handled instantly, in fact every call was answered by Jenny first time, every time. Highly recommended.
