Emma is a Solicitor in the Wills and Trusts department, advising clients predominantly in relation to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and the administration of estates. After obtaining an LLB law degree at Cardiff University Emma went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at Plymouth University. Emma undertook her training contract with Wolferstans and qualified as a Solicitor in 2016. Since qualifying Emma has been a Team Leader within the Wills team assisting with the supervision of fee earners, paralegals and support staff. Emma has significant experience advising and supporting elderly and vulnerable clients having previously specialised in mental health and mental capacity law. Making joint Wills at Wolferstans
From our initial meeting with Emma Banner, we felt that she was approachable, extremely knowledgable and explained complex issues in a clear, concise yet thorough way. We felt free to ask any questions which she answered comprehensively. She also pre-empted the issues that we hadn't even considered yet and gave us wise and concrete advice, always explaining the options open to us. Excellent Service
We recently used Wolferstans Solicitors to help us write our wills and to organise out Lasting Power of Attorney. Emma Banner and her team were so helpful in guiding us through the whole process in terms that we could understand. Everything was done very promptly as had been promised. Having reached the age when one thinks about setting their affairs in order, my wife and I decided to take out a LPA. We chose Wolferstons because they had acted for us when we bought our first house here in Plymouth in 1972!.As before the service was excellent and we would like say that Emma Banner was perfect.All questions answered clearly and concisely, everything explained in a way we could understand.
