Johnny and Georgia were outstanding!
Johnny and Georgia were absolutely outstanding in aiding us with our first home purchase. All I ever heard from people was that "it's so stressful" - what stress? Johnny and his team were so calm and on top of things that, if anything, he ended up chasing us for this - rather than the typical other way round (so I've heard). Will 100% recommend Johnny to anyone and everyone and we will definitely be using him again for our next home. Offer was accepted end of August and we were in end of October. Amazing!

Review of experience with LLG and Johnny Sherrington
I was initially going through a very difficult process with a different solicitor recommended by a family friend. When I looked to change solicitors in the middle of the transaction process, Johnny from LLG came highly recommended by a friend of mine. I always prefer to use services recommend via word of mouth and I’m so glad I did. Johnny was nothing short of a superhero through the entire process. With an air of effortlessness, Johnny glided through transferring the existing files from my previous solicitor onto our new account like scissors through paper. Then Johnny managed to get us to a position to exchange contracts within 4 weeks of opening our file with LLG. Although our sellers were motivated to sell, Johnny was still able to deal with additional clauses to include roof works and a deckers room of trust like as if they were simple tasks. We ended up completing within 6 weeks of having our file opened and it was all thanks to Johnny. Reply times from Johnny never reached beyond 24 hours, and he’d usually respond to any enquiries within 2. Dealing with Johnny was like dealing with a family lawyer who’d I’d known for decades, just the kind of legal professional you need during the incredibly stressful process of buying a property. Johnny and LLG will come highly recommended to anyone I come across looking for conveyancing services.
