House Purchase and Sale with LPA complexities
Fantastic experience with Michelle and Jess, conducting a house sale in London alongside an assisted Living (leasehold) purchase in Leeds, all being conducted under an LPA for my Mother. Clear and straight forward communications, prompt responses, good advice and patience. Couldnt have asked for a better service and thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic!!!!
Michelle and Jessica worked on the sale of my apartment. From the very first interaction both were engaging, knowledgeable, professional, reassuring and incredibly efficient.
The process was clear, simple and I felt fully informed at all stages of the sale. The transaction could not have gone smoother, especially considering this was a leasehold property. I was initially concerned about this, but I really needn’t have been!

Sale of my house
I was really impressed with Jessica I was kept informed and up to date all of the time
It's a long time since I have moved (31 years!) and it has changed dramatically I was able to most of it online with help from Jessica

House sale May 2024
