Excellent Service, would recommend
Rose was excellent throughout the process of a house purchase. Rose always gave edept, helpful and sound advice and clearly demonstrated excellent knowledge of property law and the lcoal area. I would thoroughly recommend Rose and BSG.

House Sale.
After using Rose on a previous house sale and purchase, I decided to use again due to the great service received last time. Once again Rose was professional and kept me up to date at all times during the process. I Would Recommend BSG to anyone requiring legal services for a house sale or purchase.

Made moving house a smooth process!
I cannot recommend BSG highly enough! Rose was amazingly efficient, keeping us updated at every step of selling and buying our new home. Her work was very detailed, finding answers to questions I’d not even thought of. She’d follow up with a phone call if I needed clarification and was always cheerful and friendly. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rose and BSG in general.

House sale and onward purchase.
Rose was always easy to deal with, great communication from start to finish. The process of buying the house created some difficult issues which Rose remained professional throughout and sorted efficiently and accurately. Would definitely recommend and have used again since.

Proactive and communitive
I used BSG and I found them to be better than any solicitor I have used before, having moved 10 times over the years I had plenty of solicitors to compare them too. Rose looked after my sale and purchase she looked after my interests throughout the process even when I was trying to hurry things up and looking to cut corners, she made sure everything was in place and nothing was missed regardless of me pushing for a quicker completion. Once all of the processes were satisfactory she pushed to complete in a timely manner which was really calm and easy. Thanks for making such a difficult time less stressful.

House purchase
The purchase of our home was particularly difficult with many obstacles along the way. However from start to finish Rose was brilliant - nothing was an issue and her knowledge and experience definitely showed! We would highly recommend BSG to anyone buying or selling.

Exceptional Service; heatily recommend
I have instructed BSG twice over recent years - both for conveyancing transactions.
The most recent was exceptional. The conveyancer was responsive, dilligent and thorough. All documentation completed efficiently. Even during annual leave, others picked up the work to make sure that it ran smoothly.
