Smooth Transaction
I used BSG for an investment property purchase and was very happy with the service offered. Our conveyancer Rose was approachable and professional and worked efficiently on the transaction making the whole process smooth and painless.

Excellent Service
Both my sale and purchase have proved to difficult but the service I received from Rose has been helpful and informative.
I have been answered promptly when raising any queries and all questions answered .
The cost I felt was not excessive .

Property Purchase

Excellent Service, would recommend

House Sale.

Made moving house a smooth process!
I cannot recommend BSG highly enough! Rose was amazingly efficient, keeping us updated at every step of selling and buying our new home. Her work was very detailed, finding answers to questions I’d not even thought of. She’d follow up with a phone call if I needed clarification and was always cheerful and friendly. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rose and BSG in general.

House sale and onward purchase.
Rose was always easy to deal with, great communication from start to finish. The process of buying the house created some difficult issues which Rose remained professional throughout and sorted efficiently and accurately. Would definitely recommend and have used again since.
