Sensitive, Caring, Friendly, First Class Professionalism

Incredible service
I can't recommend the Herrington Carmichael team enough, this is the second time we have used them for conveyancing (new build) and they have been consistently fantastic. They kept us updated the entire time and even with challenging delays in our chain, they worked consistently and were very patient. I know a lot of time and effort when in to getting our transaction over the line and we're very grateful. We also previously used Herrington Carmichael to prepare a deed of trust and we received the same outstanding service. Thank you.

Great Legal Firm
Will creation was easy, the survey was easy to complete, initial call reviewed to check understanding. First draft was accurate/limited changes needed. Signing process was also easy.
Overall a great legal firm, would use again for sure.

A great scheme
I was fortunate to discover that the firm were about to offer a subsidised Will writing service. Nicole, my solicitor, was very helpful and guided me throughout the entire process.

VERY SLOW, LOTS OF ERRORS
It was not a good start back in January 2023 when we travelled from Basingstoke and arrived in plenty of time but were then kept waiting to see someone on the premises. After that there were letters not received and email was not used when this would have flagged up the problem. Then were were many errors on the drafts which took many attempts to rectify. It took over a year to prepare LPA's which should have taken only a few weeks. The things that did arrive promptly were the invoices. After all this the final letter said that a Solicitors Client Feedback Questionnaire was enclosed which it was not.

Excellent service
Have always used Herrington and Carmichael for any legal work. Over the years they have attended to several wills, power of attorney and inheritance tax advice. Their advice is sound and expedited quickly.
