Leanne helped me through the process from the beginning. I initially made contact and she took the case on board with me. She then initiated and took over the communications with the interviewer and organising dates for my interview. During this time she stayed composed with pure professionalism and replied to any worries and queries I had leading up to towards my interview date. On the day of my interview, she briefed me on the case and gave me precise legal advise which helped during the process. She showed empathy and expressed great communication and interpersonal skills. She was also quick to correct and ensure the interview stayed on course when the interviewer outlined irrelevant false statements. After the interview she also graced me with other advice based on situations surrounding the case. I know she didn't need to give me such advice but I am nonetheless grateful for her expertise and support! Thank you, Leanne!

Professional but Human!
Leanne was a pleasure to deal with despite the nature of my case. Leanne and her team were amazing both in court and out of court. Communication between Leanne and myself was always clear and she always had the answers to my questions.
It's clear from her approach that whilst she is doing her job, she still has the human side that makes you feel valued and listened too.
I couldn't recommend her enough and hope that others feel the same.

Great Customer Service, Great Result
These situations are very stressful but Leanne was always willing to answer questions and explain the process. Honest and straight to the point. Kind and compassionate. With respect, hope to never need your services again but would recommend given my experience. Thank you

My family were very fortunate to be represented by Leanne.
It’s extremely worrying to find criminal lawyers who have depth understanding of vulnerable adults with mental health issues. In our case autsim and mixed personality disorder. When they lack capacity even more so. The law is mind boggling, but we were so lucky to be represented by Leanne who had great knowledge and really saved us. Vulnerable people often fall through the cracks everywhere. I can first hand say that Leanne was compassionate and really worked closely with the family to make sure our brother was not wrongfully convicted.
We are forever grateful. Leanne adapts to and with the persons needs and with all disabilities this is essential. Leanne's choice of barrister was also carefully thought out. Once again we were very fortunate with Richard Padley that was so calm and compassionate with our family.

Interview under Caution
I was invited to a police interview under caution and contacted Cartwright King for legal advice.
Leanne called me the same day I submitted my enquiry online and was absolutely fantastic from the minute I spoke to her. Leanne took the time to listen to my unquie situation, put my mind at rest, liaised with the investigating officer and supported me through the police interview. - Leanne truly went above and beyond.
If I was ever in a situation like this again, I would not use anyone else.
Leanne is friendly, professional, empathetic and an asset to Cartwright King.

Representation at interview under caution
I was asked to attend police interview under caution. This was extremely unsettling and deeply worrying, a psychologically horrible experience. Leanne Brown met me at the police station and prior to interview took me through the procedure I faced, giving me full time required to state facts as client, and to our timetable without being put under external pressure before we were ready to start. During interview Leanne was supportively robust, intervening with the police officers to challenge them when they stretched their remit. I would not have wanted to be in interview without legal representation, and I feel fortunate and grateful to have had Leanne Brown as my solicitor. The police did not proceed further with their investigation.
