The land sale of Horton Kirby
Your office is located in very convenience place. I have not a car so that I can visit your office by bus. All receptionists and Mr Burton are friendly and kind of. I have a wonderful feeling towards your office and human relations. I thought all those legal things were beyond my cope, but Mr Burton explained the easy words. I thought I don't need to much worried. The professional fee is reasonable. Thanks again for everything.

Fantastic service - as always

Best commercial solicitor.
Mr.Burton is by far the best commercial solicitor. Almost immediately as I came in to his office, he handled it, very efficient and got the job done. I recommend him and his team to everyone . And just in general a man of his word and a great man overall!

Excellent service from start to finish
We have worked with TG Baynes for a number of years and, most recently, have asked Stephen Burton to carry out a number of commercial property purchases, sales and rentals, all of which were done in an extremely efficient and timely manner. We were kept updated at all times and "hand-held" through the areas where we needed assistance.

First Class Service
In the last few months I have used T G Baynes (Stephen Burton in particular) for a number of legal issues, from property transactions to commercial leases to needing legal advise on property matters. Finding a solicitor who is firstly very approachable, and then with the knowledge required and very professional has not been easy in the past but Stephen has been all of these and exceptional in all the work he has carried out for us and we will definitely be using him and others in his team at T G Baynes in the future.
