Great service, very helpful
I have used Alletsons for several building purchases over the last few years I have found them to be pleasant, helpful, clear & efficient and reasonable on costs - it feels like they are in your corner and looking out for your interests at all times would definitely use them again if the need arose.

Excellent service from the conveyancing team
Emily and her team were excellent acting on our sale and purchase. It was easy to get hold of Emily at all times and she gave pragmatic and sound advice. We found the tracker/status update helpful. I would highly recommend Alletsons.

Completion on house
My entire experience with Emily and her team was very seamless and straightforward. Everything just got done efficiently and was communicated through an excellent web based portal. Completion went through with no bumps, and all necessary documents were delivered diligently and quickly.

Highly recommended - Excellent Experience from start - finish
We cannot speak highly enough of Anna, Sarah and the Alletsons team. They have been a fantastic support throughout our convincing experience. Their online portal system is excellent for keeping Up-To-Date with the progress of our case. They're also very efficient with responding to a request for a call back and/or general support. They have worked quicker and more efficient than any other company we have worked with on previous house sales/purchase's.
We have now completed with our purchase. The team at Alletsons 'pulled out all the stops' days before Christmas to ensure we moved before the Festive holidays caused a painful delay in our move.
We're so impressed and grateful for such a wonderful experience from Anna Kelly , Emily Gardiner & the wider team. Highly recommended.

Excellent Communication
Alletsons Solicitors we’re professional throughout my house purchase. They were excellent at communicating to me and were proficient in ensuring the process was as expedited as possible. I dealt with several staff, but most notably had a line of communication to the director who oversaw the purchase, I felt this was a good service.

Conveyancing
A very positive experience all round. Emily, Anna (in particular) and the team were responsive throughout the entire process with all calls and emails replied to promptly. I’d recommend Alletsons for anyone looking to buy and sell property in the South West.

London First-time buyer house purchase
Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Alletsons for a house purchase. Emily, Ahsa and the team were excellent throughout, their responses were always quick and thorough and we never had to chase. The Hoowla case tracking website was also very helpful in following progress of your purchase without the need for email updates.

Professional
I used Alletsons for my mothers sale and purchase.
Always returned my calls and emails, a professional company.
We also did mums Will and LPA at the same time, which was good to do all under one roof.
