Drafting my first will
My meetings with the paralegal and solicitor at Scullion Law were very positive. The guided me through the necessary steps put my will and Power of Attorney into place. They were very knowledgeable and guided me through different steps I had to take.

Review of wills and POAs for myself and my husband
Was lovely to meet Amelia face to face. Our initial meeting was by zoom where we discussed and confirmed content of our wills and POAs that Amelia was arranging for us.
Our face to face meeting today was to sign all documents.
Amelia was polite and professional. She clearly explained what would happen in the meeting, advising a solicitor would be joining us by zoom as part of the process.
Amelia gave a high level brief of the content of our wills and POAs and confirmed our understanding. She also asked if we had any questions throughout the meeting and advised if we had any questions in the future then just to get in touch.
Clear and easy meeting and would definitely recommend Amelia and the services provided.

Getting Power of Attorney
Getting POA for my husband and myself was clearly explained. Even the length of time for this to be dealt with by the Office of the Public Guardian was explained. I was unexpectedly I’ll during the process and our paralegal was able to work round that too which was much appreciated.

Excellent service
We didn’t need anything complicated just a will and power of attorney documents but Amelia sorted them out very competently and was very pleasant to deal with.
