Personal Injury PTSD work related
My case had been mishandled by my TU solicitor leaving me with only 3 weeks left until the statute of limitation was to run out. These were difficult circumstances for me but Underwood’s took up my case and did all that could be done to give it a chance. Ultimately, and within a very limited timescale as an obstacle, my case was not strong enough to be taken out against my employer. Nonetheless, I felt I had a very professional service and fair assessment even though the outcome of not being able to go forward was extremely disappointing.

Invaluable South African legal advice.
It was great to find a law company in the UK with connections in South Africa. Robert Males was very understanding and patient. The matter was resolved without the need to go to court.

Charged £600 for very little
I had been quite hopeful after the OPCC had ruled in my favour during a complaint against Herts Police. However I was charged £600 to basically be told there's nothing I can do and I will not achieve anything with legal action. I really never felt that this firm was on my side and it cost me a lot of money for absolutely nothing in return. Very bitter and resentful about how the whole thing was handled.
