Car accident claim against third party insurance company

RTC Personal Injury Claim
I commenced an RTC personal injury Claim in 2019 with PD Law & have had 3 case handlers’ over the protracted period of time that it has taken to conclude this process. This was because of logistical issues & problems with the 3rd party caused by the Covid epidemic. Furthermore my Claim was also complicated by a pre-existing back condition, which could have influenced the successful outcome of the process.
Given this situation, it was therefore necessary for various medical treatment, investigations & assessments to be undertaken, in support of my claim, as advised by my claim handler @ the time. These were organised efficiently by PD Law, as required over a period of time.
I have been kept well advised / informed throughout the whole of this process & any issues of concern that I had latterly , were addressed in a professional, timely, informative & friendly manner by Jordan, given that it was necessary to progress the claim to a potential Court Hearing in order for a successful settlement to be achieved… albeit 31 mnths after the incident occurred.
As regards any costs associated with my claim, I was given clear detailed information in writing of all the costs the claim would incur @ each stage in respect of either winning/loosing the claim process.
To his credit, Jordan, owing to his tenacious approach in dealing with my claim, was able to secure a settlement figure in excess of that which was initially envisaged.
