Samuel joined CW Booth & Co in 2002 and became a partner in 2010. Samuel has extensive experience in residential conveyancing, handling a substantial caseload of transactions for both private and corporate clients. Samuel also specialises in criminal law, dealing with cases from the police station and magistrates’ court through to the most serious Crown Court matters. He offers huge experience in all types of criminal cases, including road traffic offences, benefits agency investigations and large-scale conspiracies. Samuel has dealt with cases involving highly complex financial, forensic and telecommunications evidence. He is a duty solicitor for the South Durham and Darlington police station and court schemes and is qualified as a solicitor advocate (Higher Courts – Criminal).
