She thereafter completed her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice, also at Strathclyde University, where she was awarded the Law Society of Scotland Prize for Overall Merit (Third Place). Lauren started her career at Thompsons in March 2021 as a trainee solicitor working in the non-asbestos Industrial Disease team. Since February 2023, Lauren focuses on asbestos disease work.
