Excellent Service
Graham Simm has been exceptional throughout. Helpful advice at the outset and kept finger on the pulse from start to finish to ensure all matters were dealt with to everyone's satisfaction.
Laura is also a great asset to the firm with a kind, caring and informative approach - vital in this line of work and much appreciated.

Incredibly happy
Incredibly happy with the service received, having initially contacted Graham via email regarding some issues I was having processing a change of name deedpoll, I received a response from Graham on the same day and then followed up with a phone call to discuss the issue, Graham was very knowledgeable about the issue and was incredibly helpful and provided brilliant guidance on how to move forward with my change of name deedpoll. My Experience
Being a father trying to achieve a positive outcome in a family law case is a very daunting experience. When I began my journey, I didn't know what to expect. I visited a few law firms before Oerton Simm and was told repeatedly, as a man, you have no rights and will just need to accept whatever time with your child is offered to you. From the time I met Graham, I was given the most important thing I would be given by anyone along this journey, hope. Words cannot emphasise how much hope is needed at a time when you feel at your most vulnerable and when you feel like you have the most to lose. At every step of the journey, Graham was calm, cool and collected. He always gave sound advice. He always had my wants and needs at the heart of his decision making and he (very importantly) always told me if what I was thinking was a bad idea. Victoria and Laura were an absolute pleasure to deal with at all times also. I cannot thank all at Oerton Simm enough for all the help they provided me and I cannot recommend them enough
