I totally agree with the experience of other reviewers. My Mother and I also welcomed Claire's empathetic approach. Claire really puts you at ease through her approachable manner and whilst she was professional throughout our meeting, it was also jovial and therefore not at all daunting. Claire and her team also impressed us by turning our matter around in record time, despite no expectation on our part.
