Turned our matter around in 48 hours
Vickie and Chloe did a fantastic job after taking our matter on at short notice on Wednesday with a Friday exchange deadline. There were several outstanding questions to be answered and the matter had dragged on for over 20 weeks prior to them getting involved.
As a team Vickie and Chloe were able to honour existing commitments whilst getting up to speed with our matter and responding quickly. We managed to get ourselves in a position to complete on the Friday having not even reviewed the property report on the Wednesday. Thankyou both!

House Sale from Overseas

House Sale
We engaged England & Co for the conveyancing of the house sale. The solicitor and secretary's are very approachable and explain the process in terms that i understand. The fees were sent out and the final bill was as fees. It's a first class firm to which i would highly recommend.

Approachable, Efficient, Knowledgeable and Friendly

Difficult Probate handle successfully
Our father's estate provided some unexpected pitfalls leading to unavoidable delays. Englands successfully resolved some thorny issues and the estate was wound up entirely to our satisfaction.

My Fathers Estate
When my father died i was given instructions. England & Co to deal with my late fathers probate. Also i used them to sell my fathers property. Throughout the whole procedure they were always available with help and advice. It took a year to completely sort and they made my life easier at the hardest point of my life.
