We were a little anxious about setting up our mirror wills but we had nothing to be worried about at all. Thamida was very professional and efficient and put us both at ease immediately. Free Will writing
Far less complicated than other solicitors I have had to use.
Could do with decent signage for their premises!

Dissapointing
This was not a pleasant experience. Having put off will writing for a long time due to circumstances and expense we took the opportunity to use the 'Free will' option. Apart from the friendly receptionist we felt uncomfortable. We didn't seem to be being listened to and trying to explain our circumstances was impossible. I didn't see the relevance of being asked how much we had in our bank accounts as this obviously changes daily. We felt rushed, and were literally in there less than 40 minutes. The drafts came back wrong ( no surprise). On signing we were still met coldly and the lady who came in to witness didn't even speak. Its obvious free wills customers are not really welcome and not worth the time.

Professional but Very Friendly
Thamida was a very friendly young lady yet very professional. She visited me at home, as I have mobility issues, arriving on time for both visits and taking my instructions and offering advice. She kept me informed at each stage and sent me drafts for my approval. A very good service at what I consider to be a very reasonable charge. I can thoroughly recommend this firm and this young lady in particular.
