Sharon and her team are fantastic
I have had the pleasure of being represented legally for a family matter by Sharon for almost two years now.
From day one Sharon and her team made me feel welcome, that my case was important to them and put me at ease
Initially I spoke to Harriet and she did most of the ground work in obtaining evidence and setting me up ready for the first hearing. She was fantastic and got everything moving smoothly.
After the first hearing, I was moved over to Sharon's paralegal Rhian, as it made sense to aligne me directly through Sharon's team. Rhian has been absolutely fantastic for the past 18 months or so. She's always made herself available to talk me through what's going on and any queries I may have. She's been extremely professional throughout, but with a more personal touch so that you don't necessarily feel overwhelmed with legal jargon, it really helps to put you at ease.
Sharon's been brilliant and involved in my case throughout, knowledgeable goes without saying and with the utmost profession and you can see when she's in court that she is very well respected within the industry. Again, she has that more personal tone that keeps you at ease
Even the finer details are top notch too. For example the lady on reception is always polite and helpful when I've called or visited the office. I had the perception it would be like calling the less than helpful doctors desks but that couldn't be further from the case here, the lady is brilliant. Sorry I never got her name
With regards to the case, from day one I knew I'd selected the right firm. They guided me through everything, did everything for me, never left me hanging or confused and always gave me every confidence that the right outcome would be achieved
The result was my children got everything they asked me to do for them in a court order and that's fantastic. Thank you so much

A Safe Pair of Hands
Johnson Astills are the best solicitors that I’ve ever been a client of. I recently had the need of a family specialist and Sharon Percival was able to help my vulnerable partner with whom she was kind, gentle, considerate and understanding. As expected, Sharon sorted out her family issues without a fanfare and in a very professional manner. Rhian Williams, who assists Sharon, also went the extra mile in tying up some loose ends for me and again, Rhian could not have been more professional and helpful. This is the service that I have come to expect as standard from Johnson Astills.

Highly recommend
Friendly and professional people from the receptionist to all the way up to the solicitors. I simply could not have gone through this process without them. They supported me way above and beyond and took the stress and pressure off, dealing with all the background matters. Are always on the end of the phone to offer professional advice. Would not ever consider any other firm.

Great service

Highly recommend
I was suggested to contact Johnson Astills for a family matter in 2018 by a friend's wife who is a solicitor elsewhere. I was told that I would be well looked after and honestly they were 100% right.
Everybody who I have spoken with and has helped me In the last 6 years has been absolutely amazing and I can not thank them enough for all their help and support.
I have had people ask me for recommendations for solicitors and I will instantly direct them to Johnson Astills.

Sharon is the most caring solicitor you will ever meet.
I came to Sharon after using previous local solicitors who I was not happy with. It was clear they simply did not care or have the time to dedicate to my matter.
Then I met and spoke to Sharon and instantly knew she was different. She dedicated time even before me instructing her as I was worried I would have similar experiences.
It is very clear that Sharon cares deeply about what she does and does not see your matter as just another case. She supported me all the way through and took my calls when I was struggling or needed to get things off my chest.
She is extremely knowledgeable in family law and gives extremely clear and sound advice. She dealt with me and my matter with great care and empathy and I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
She made the very best out of an awful situation and I will be forever grateful.

Warm, friendly supportive team!
I cannot put into words how thankful I am to both Sharon and Harriet! They kept me informed, calm and most importantly safe at court and all the way through the process. I would recommend them to anyone who asked me! I was terrified and they were so reassuring made sure I knew and understood what was happening and going to happen and were by my side through the whole process.
