Sills & Betteridge in Lincoln was one of those recommended by the Estate Agent. They do pay a fee to the Estate Agent for these recommendations, which they were up front about (although not mentioned by the Estate Agent!). The people I dealt with were always helpful and I never felt that the sale was held up by them, so I have no regrets about using them.

Top Class Service
All matters were dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner, with the emphasis on speed. House Sale (Kingsway)
I used S&B for the sale of my fathers [family] home to fund him now he is living in a Care Home.
This is an already difficult scenario but S&B [Kim Burns & Hayley Hall] were very understanding and compassionate to my situation.
I can't think of any issues throughout the entire process.
I was kept up to date via email, phone calls and where applicable documents via the portal - which also made life that little bit easier.
I don't live locally but everyone I spoke to and mentioned that I was using S&B was always received with positive feedback...
"Yeah! They're a good outfit"
I don't think this could have gone any smoother and am glad I choose S&B for this process.
