Excellent advice, support and guidance
My wife and I needed to review our Wills and to consider what to do with various Power of Attorney documents. Gemma Kelly was extremely good at helping us negotiate the options available; bringing clarity to the difficult jargon and articulating likely pros and cons of decisions we might arrive at. When we met her at Rowlinsons; she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. Subsequent communications relating to our revised Wills over the phone, online and in the post were handled in an exemplary fashion. It was very reassuring to know we were dealing with someone on whom we could rely when we had additional or subsequent queries. One final, important point: at every stage, the amount we would be charged by the firm for work undertaken was made absolutely clear - in stark contrast to one or two other legal firms we have had dealings with. I highly commend Ms Kelly and Rowlinsons.

Joint husband and wife Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
Gemma's patient, attentive and listening approach was very much appreciated and enabled my wife and I to understand the possible complications with our Wills and LPAs. Legal advice was always balanced and clearly communicated and directed to what we wanted. We were entirely satisfied with the outcome and pleased and impressed with Gemma's professional guidance and the support offered by the team of admin colleagues.

I had a very easy interaction with Gemma regarding my will. Everything was explained to me clearly and I felt confident I was listened to and that my requests were adhered to. I have had numerous problems with lawyers and law firms in the past and I feel much more confident about my dealings with Gemma than previous dealings elsewhere. Deed of Variation
