Since qualifying as a barrister and being called to the bar in 2010, Faye has specialised in family law; covering division of matrimonial finances, cohabitation, pre-nuptial agreements, separation, divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships. Faye also has a special interest in all matters regarding children, including special guardianship and grandparents’ rights. Faye has a specialisation in high-asset cases, but applies the same level of deliberation to all her cases. Faye offers clear and straightforward advice in an empathetic manner. Faye will always look for the practical solution that fits your family and will resolve matters to achieve what is in your and your children’s best interests. Faye is a member of Resolution, an organisation which aims to resolve matters by conciliation, and will always try to resolve matters in an amicable way. However, if a court application is required, Faye will pursue the matter until a settlement right for you is obtained.
