Brilliant job well done all concerned
After a few teething problems with the first person we were allocated we were then moved to a different office and different paralegal which turned out to be the very best thing as from that moment things moved along at far a different pace.

Excellent conveyancing
Sarah Cowley and her colleague Lisa Barnett completed the conveyancing for my house sale and purchase. Everything was turned around efficiently and any queries I had were dealt with promptly. Sarah was available on the phone to talk me through my specific case, and she gave me the information I needed to be able to make informed decisions about the most important legal aspects to tackle. Lisa saw my purchase through to completion, which took a lot of intense work in the final two weeks to overcome last minute unexpected hurdles, but we still managed to complete a day earlier than planned. Throughout the process I felt that Sarah and Lisa were really working for me and had my best interests at heart. They also did it with professionalism, kindness and a sense of humour throughout! I'm really happy in my new home and can't thank you both enough.
