Natasha has a background in both criminal and civil proceedings. She has also been involved in high-profile serious criminal cases, some of which have set legal precedents and are reported in the law reports. Having represented a number of fellow professionals who have faced serious criminal charges, including; accountants, doctors, solicitors and healthcare professionals, she continues a high success rate in pre-charge representations, avoiding clients facing criminal proceedings and/or charges due to her specialist expertise and approach. Natasha also undertakes the most serious criminal cases, and she is regularly instructed on complex fraud prosecutions, for example, Serious Fraud Office (SFO) and Her Majesty Revenue & Customs (HMRC) investigations. She continues to act for clients on international drugs trafficking cases and multi-jurisdictional pre-charge cases / investigations. Natasha has also represented individuals connected to public office. All cases are dealt with very sensitively and with complete discretion at all times. Natasha has a track record of extraordinary achievements in her recent career, successfully practising as a commercial solicitor in a leading international law firm. She has represented professionals and corporations, including some of the UK’s leading insurance companies, in high-value claims. Natasha is available to advise Holborn Adams’ clients on commercial and contractual disputes, negligence, nuisance and alternative dispute resolution. Natasha continues to represent sportspeople in contractual matters, for example; world champion boxers, professional tennis players, agents and promoters.
