Very clear explanations were given of the process and timescales. Complex issues regarding Trust fund and severance of joint tenancy moving to tenants in common, were issues we could not have handled without Emma's advice. Thoroughly happy with her service.

First Class Caring Service
We found BSG on the web when we were looking for a solicitor to deal with our Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney. We approached the firm and found they provide a first class and very caring service. Would very highly recommend
My mum died without a Will and left me in a very difficult family situation. I was upset and didn't know what to do but found Emma at BSG Solicitors purely by chance. It was the best thing that could have happened, Emma has been amazing. When we met she was very friendly, sympathetic and quickly understood my situation. Within days she had given me excellent advice, set out my options and even drafted emails while I was with her. These were sent before I even got home! I went from being totally excluded from the situation with my family to a position that I could never have dreamt of at the beginning thanks to Emma and her professionalism. I feel as though I have someone who is an expert on my side and the whole situation is much easier to negotiate. I can't recommend Emma and BSG enough. If you are in doubt, don't hesitate, go with them.
