Excellent law firm - handled my property sale and onward purchase

Comptons Solicitors LLP handled my property sale, onward purchase, declaration of trust and managed to quickly secure compensation for a late completion/breach of contract from the chain below. I would highly recommend Molly Perez-Sphar, Kristina Gofman, Lanka Bandara and Jon Finebaum - they were excellent, efficient and effective, very professional and kept me updated throughout the process. Had a great experience purchasing a property with Comptons, they were incredibly responsive and despite being in the middle of the busiest time ever all my emails were responded to within hours. Both Molly and Jayne were perfect, not only incredibly friendly, but warning us of any issues well in advance, allowing the purchase to go through quickly.

Every conversation with our sellers started off with how great our lawyers were!

Would highly recommend.

I was impressed by the service my solicitor Molly Perez-Sphar at Compton solicitors offered. She was conscientious and hardworking. She was even working on the case over the weekend. We were planning to meet the deadline for stamp duty holiday and she was very much conscious of it. I definitely recommend her and the firm if all staff are as good as her. Thanks Molly for an excellent work.

We were working on a very tight deadline in order to make the stamp duty holiday. The team was excellent, responsive and compassionate. It’s more then I could have asked for and I am sure I couldn’t have made the stamp duty holiday without them. A speacial mention to Molly Perez-Sphar

I just wanted to provide some feedback for conveyancing services I received through your company and from Molly Perez-Sphar.

I wanted to say a huge thank you for all her help with the buying and selling of properties over the last 6 months.

Molly was a pleasure to work with. She was always the consummate professional, super efficient and extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the process and provided great advice and support throughout. At any given point in time, I always knew where we were in the process as the communication and response times for answering queries was excellent. I am hugely grateful to Molly for all her help through what can be a stressful process, it was invaluable.

I also just wanted to mention Jatinder Lotay, who also provided great assistance during the process. Again it was professional and efficient and much appreciated.

I won’t hesitate to recommend your company and Molly’s services to anyone looking for a great solicitor. And will certainly come back if I need help in the future.
