Robyn advises on all aspects of private client work, including will drafting, estate and trust administration, lifetime and post-death tax planning, as well as court of protection matters. Robyn specialises in large and complex probate matters where estates have inheritance tax reporting requirements and international assets (as well as estates with a contentious background). Robyn will often then go on to assist those families with succession planning, trust creation and administration, lasting powers of attorney, thus offering families with a full private client offering. Robyn trained at a top 50 ranked law firm and qualified as a lawyer in 2016.
