My Fathers estate!
MORR&Co have been very sensitive whilst dealing with my late Father’s Will. They have been very approachable and happy to explain the whole process to me.

Very Satisfied
I would definitely recommend Morr & Co as they have been very approachable and happy to explain clearly the process of dealing with my late Fathers Will. It was nice to be able to speak to the solicitor directly and the communication was very good with all concerned.

Estate Planning
Due to a personal tragedy, I needed to rewrite my will and do my lasting power of attorney. Olivia was very kind and understanding and made me feel very at ease.

Probate
I needed a solicitor to assist in the Probate and Inheritance Tax affairs of my late mother. Olivia had been recommended by a friend whose mother had died earlier in the year. From the outset, the communication I had with Olivia was clear, concise and timely. Clearly knowledgeable about the processes involved, Olivia dealt with all aspects of Probate and IHT efficiently and without fuss. My questions were dealt with quickly, usually within the same day, and the necessary paperwork was filed with HMRC within a couple on months. On receipt of Probate, I continued with the more mundane aspects of tidying up bank accounts, shares etc, myself with support from Olivia as required. Fees charged were as quoted at the outset.

Moving into a new development
I had excellent Service from MORR&Co when my husband died 2 years ago, and again when I sold my family home and moved to Oxted and bought a flat
